Our seminar venues are accessible for groups of 15 or more

We offer 4 private areas for seminars, meetings or any other type of professional gathering: Le 4 and its terrace, Le 2 and the Z21.

LE QUATRE AND THE TERRACE

Le Quatre is a large room located on the 4ᵉ floor of our complex. It consists of an interior space of 110 m2 (with an integrated kitchen), and a 50 m2. There's also a sparkling water fountain.

This room is characterised by its cosy industrial style. Its spacious spaces and white walls catch the daylight. Its furniture gives it an atmosphere that's both chic and relaxed. As for its solid wood floor, it brings a touch of warmth to the whole.

A place to get together and work The 4 is an ideal space for a company seminar, team-building session, cocktail party, meeting or other professional event.
It can accommodate between 10 and 80 people.

Possible configurations

  • Meetings and workshops: up to 60 people seated
  • Cocktail party or standing buffet: 75 people

LE 2

Located on the 2ᵉ floor, le 2 is a 60 m2with fully adjustable furniture. This means you can adjust it to suit your needs. In fact, we offer a range of different configurations:

  • U-shape: for 24 people
  • Theatre: 30 people
  • Cocktail party or standing buffet: 30 people

Although smaller than Le Quatre, this room is full of charm. It has a soft, relaxing atmosphere. You can book it for an original corporate seminar, an evening, a cocktail party or a lunch. It can accommodate from 5 to 30 people. It can be hired for 3 hours, half a day, a day, an evening or a longer period, depending on your needs, at very affordable rates.

THE Z21

Z21 is a 15 m2located on the ground floor. Its relaxed decor and furnishings in shades of gold and steel blue make it the ideal place for a breakfast meeting or team-building workshop. With its blue walls, chic poufs and designer coffee tables, everything has been done to create a warm and friendly atmosphere. As an added bonus, Z21 opens directly onto the leafy courtyard.

You can hire this space for company seminars, meetings, tea parties, cocktail parties or business breakfasts. It can be booked for an hour to 1 day, for 10 to 15 people.
