SURFIN PARIS: The wave at Surf -
Hawaii, Lacanau, Hossegor, Rue du Sentier ! THE new surf spot to try out was in Paris until 13 October 2020
Alone or in a groupCome and surf this artificial wave. A quantity of water of approximately 7m3 is propelled up to 16 knots (30 km/h) on an inclined plane and allows you to glide on the water with your board in total safety!
Even if you've never been on a board before, this variable-speed wave will help you get up to speed quickly and get the best out of your ride, even if you've never practised. You'll learn how to manage your stability, position yourself on the board, steer and attempt tricks (or not!). Who's going to do a 360? A little jump maybe?
Surfing the wave is easy enough, your coach will be there just for you, guiding you and giving you tips for maximum fun! In the event of a fall, the structure is padded, so you'll just be rinsed off.
The surf wave will be yours for 20 or 30 minutes non-stop, no waiting time, no other groups.
And if there are lots of you, book 2 sessions in a row for 60 minutes of pure fun...
Also available: a bodyboard for surfing in the prone position or getting your bearings. There's also a wakeboard rudder to help you find your position...

Not at all! If you can stand up, you'll be fine...
Nope! When you're surfing, your legs will get a bit wet, but if you're good at it, your swimming costume will stay dry... However, if you fall, your suit will be rinsed.
What's more, the water is heated, so you'll think you're in Bali or Hawaii... With no jet lag!
And if you're feeling the chill or it's windy, we've got you covered! Shorts and lycra are available to keep you warm.
Absolutely. You can wear flip-flops too. Some people also bring surf slippers or trainers. And if you're feeling adventurous or coming at the last minute, we've got shorts, lycra t-shirts and towels to lend you.
The wave is eco-friendly: the water is not thrown away every evening, as it is constantly filtered like an Olympic swimming pool. It's tested every day and treated with a range of products to guarantee top sanitary conditions! Fun, but safety first!
Yes, from the age of 8, children can surf standing up on the board or lying down on the bodyboard! A support bar or a rudder bar (like in water skiing) can be fitted.
Yes and no. In general, if you're stable enough, we can accept 2 surfers on the wave. However, with the coronavirus, health measures require us to allow only one person at a time.
Masks must be worn in the reception area and open spaces.
As soon as you arrive, a protocol will be explained to you to enable you to carry out the activity in total safety.
