The 3 pillars of training

The training is divided into 3 areas: the Workshops in which the group will look back at how it operates in order to gain a deeper understanding of the group.
It also includes practical exercises to validate what has been learnt via theEscape Game.
And finally, a part coaching during which the coach will give feedback on the practical part, and provide the team with tools to learn to interact together and listen to each other better in order to achieve better collective results.

Personalised training with long-term learning outcomes

The training will start even before you arrive at our venue, with upstream preparation to get you started on the work you'll be doing on site with your team and our experts. It will also continue afterwards, thanks to theacquisition of directly operational tools which your team can use for future meetings, decision-making and team projects.

MAYA JUNGLE

A team of archaeologists has discovered an abandoned Mayan temple in the Mexican jungle, which is believed to contain a priceless treasure. Set off on an adventure and discover the temple's secrets, but avoid dangerous encounters with looters and wild animals!
